Exchange Policy – Urban Rugs Lebanon
We accept exchanges within 3 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for an exchange:
The item must be in its original packaging and unused
A clear photo of the item must be provided for verification
Delivery fees for the exchange must be paid by the customer
Please contact us within the specified time frame to initiate the exchange process. Exchanges requested beyond 3 days will not be accepted.

At Urban Rugs Lebanon, we take pride in the quality of our products and your satisfaction is important to us. However, please note that we do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
Returns
Returns are only accepted if the item you received is defective or damaged.
To request a return, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at:

- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos clearly showing the defect or damage
Once approved, returns will be processed as either:
- An exchange for another product, or
- Store credit to be used on a future purchase
Important Notes:
- Returned items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging.
- Returns are not accepted for reasons other than product defects or shipping damage.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
